Alexander M. Williams
Alexander’s comprehensive real estate background spans development, acquisitions, capital markets, and consulting.
In addition to founding Bluefrost, Alexander is a Partner at A.CRE Consulting, a real estate advisory firm that has provided services for over $10 billion of CRE projects for clients including institutional investment firms, family offices, and developers.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Investments at xEquity Group, a real estate private equity and development firm. He began his career with an institutional multifamily investment sales team at CBRE, working on transactions totaling over $10 billion during his tenure.
Alexander is a licensed real estate sales agent in Texas and holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jude M. Williams
Mr. Jude M. Williams is a distinguished executive with extensive experience leading several successful real estate private equity and development firms. As President of America’s Capital Partners, he oversaw property acquisitions, operations, marketing, and leasing activities through its operating company, ACP Realty Services. A key member of the investment committee, he coordinated underwriting and due diligence for all the firm’s office building acquisitions. Mr. Williams began his career in 1978 at the Houston office of Cushman Realty Corporation (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he initially specialized in tenant representation before advancing to head marketing and leasing for a major Houston-based, privately held office building investment and development firm.
Before his tenure at America’s Capital Partners, Mr. Williams was President of American Ventures Realty Corporation and Director of its investment management affiliate, American Ventures Realty Investors, Inc., where he co-chaired the investment committee. Launched in 1992, the American Ventures Property Funds performed among the top of all U.S. closed-end real estate funds, delivering a 22.85% annualized time-weighted total return to investors. In this role, he directed acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and operations.
Mr. Williams is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He holds a degree from the University of Texas School of Business.
